Job Description

PRGX provides a unique combination of audit, analytics and advisory services that optimizes client financial performance.

Summary

This position is responsible for providing Audit Coordination Support services for contact compliance audits, with emphasis on large construction projects, on behalf of our global account base. This position will draw on a variety of skills you have developed and experience you have gained in your construction or project management related career.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Qualifications:

  • Excellent English Language Proficiency (Spoken, Written)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Project Management and/or Coordination experience, PMP certification is a plus.

  • Experience:

  • Knowledge of contemporary business practices and technology required.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with the construction environment is beneficial.

  • Experience with procurement and vendor management is beneficial.

  • Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational, planning, resource management and interpersonal skills including the ability to multi-task and cope with stressful situations.

  • Excellent phone skills with the ability to comfortably initiate, organize, and lead business related teleconference with diverse attendees.

  • Exceptional ability to handle multiple projects, from moderate to advanced complexity, and support multiple projects with ease.

  • Technology:

  • o Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create project reports and presentations.

  • o Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus.

  • Personal Attributes:

  • Absolute Dependability. Accurate and accountable performance in all areas of responsibility

  • Acute attention to detail with minimal errors in work

  • High energy level and strong initiative, exceptional ability to manage intrusions and distractions to a minimum in order to stay focused on work.
